British chef and TV personality, Gizzi Erskine, can bring an air of classy celebrity to any public event, function or after dinner speaking engagement. Graduating at the top of her year, Gizzi went on to win a placement at the BBC Good Food Magazine and immediately began to establish herself as a food writer and award-winning stylist. Picking up lots of experience as a chef in many established kitchens, Gizzi soon went on to set up her own catering company with friend Abbey Dempsey. Known throughout the UK owing to her work on TV, Gizzi first got a break presenting Channel 4 show Cook Yourself Thin. It went down so well a second series was commissioned. In its wake Gizzi was enlisted to appear on shows like Iron Chef, Cookery School and Drop Down Menu. She has since published her own book, Gizzi’s Magic Kitchen and writes on food for the likes of Elle, Marie Claire, GC, The Times and many more. Comfortable in front of camera, talking to people from all walks of life and speaking with charm about her specialist subjects – namely food.
