Virtual Yoga with Rachel. Rachel has been teaching Yoga for 15 years in a variety of styles including hot yoga, vinyasa, flow, yin, acro and restorative. Rachel has taken her Yoga classes online to be able to reach out to more people in their homes, rather than a studio.
Yoga Flow class are taught via a zoom link which lasts 75 minutes. This includes 10 minutes before and after the class to ask questions.
Guests are encouraged to have an open mind and be prepared to have some fun!
Classes are suitable for all levels and experience and will include a physical yoga practice as well as a relaxation to finish.
The maximum number per class is 20.
Participants will need: a mat or non slip rug, something comfortable to wear, a yoga block or a few large books
a yoga strap or a belt, a blanket to cover yourself for the relaxation
