British Land Chairman’s Dinner

A Private Dinner at Blossom Street Warehouse

Fullcircle worked with Twenty Two Events to deliver a special celebratory dinner for the Chairman of Britsh Land at an unused warehouse on Blossom Street, in London’s trendy Shoreditch. The company’s 75 guests enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu designed by our catering partners, Create. Which began with a drinks reception, where guests enjoyed a unique choice of pink ginger and lychee or blackberry tart cocktails.

A selection of pre-dinner canapés were served on arrival whilst guests were entertained by sounds from The London Studio Players, an all-male string octet.

The venue was transformed by the Fullcircle design & production teams, using various lighting effects and modern, statement furniture pieces to add an element of style to the vast industrial space. Uplighters were used to add colour to the brick walls whilst a feature wall was created using projection of the British Land logo.

The menu included:

smoked haddock and caper croquette with horseradish mayonnaise sea bass ceviche, soy, coriander and jalapeno, beef bourguignon and hot manchego cheese panna cotta.

To Start: A choice of sous vide salmon: slow-cooked salmon, oyster velouté, puffed rice, soy and maple, or miso mushrooms: charred flat cap mushrooms, pickled lemons, onion oil, mushroom and miso purée, served with a selection of homemade breads and butter.

For mains: guests were served truffled chicken: roast Goosnargh chicken breast, truffled butter potatoes, baked onions, tarragon and cep sauce. Vegetarians enjoyed cauliflower cheese: pot-roast cauliflower, cauliflower cheese purée, cheese and onion sauce and crispy bread.

The grand finale:  dessert of Manjari chocolate, popcorn ice cream, peanut tuile, lime, and a yoghurt mousse, followed by teas and coffees with homemade petit fours.
